The position holder will be responsible for managing customer service, which includes: greeting clients, scheduling appointments, making reservations, checking in boarders, general office work, secretarial tasks for the president, client follow-up, and coordinating activities with other teams. The customer service representative will also perform tasks related to the operations and smooth running of the pet hotel.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has:

• A college diploma
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role related to customer service
• Good knowledge of companion animals and ideally work experience in a related field (veterinary clinic, kennel, etc.)
• Bilingualism (spoken and written)
• Strong computer skills

Well-groomed and in excellent physical condition, the ideal candidate has strong professional ethics, maturity, and excellent interpersonal skills. Organized, reliable, and conscientious, this person stands out for their leadership and versatility. They must be capable of teamwork, working under pressure, and managing priorities.

The ideal candidate must be very flexible regarding their work schedule. The schedule varies based on the company’s organizational needs, but weekend availability is required. (Day, evening, and weekend shifts)

MUZO is seeking an experienced animal care attendant who will be responsible for tasks essential to the smooth operation of our pet hotel and daycare center.

Main Responsibilities:

• Walking dogs
• Feeding and providing care for animals
• Maintaining the cleanliness of accommodation areas and shared spaces
• Organizing playtime and entertainment activities
• Assisting with customer service
• Coordinating with other departments within the company

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in the companion animal field (veterinary clinic, shelter, kennel, pet store, dog training school, breeder, etc.) or any other relevant position in this area of expertise
• Knowledge of dog and cat breeds, comfort handling various behaviors, understanding of canine body language and group dynamics
• Bilingual (French/English)

The ideal candidate is dependable, responsible, and highly reliable. This is a physically demanding job, so excellent health is essential. Weekend work and a high degree of scheduling flexibility are required.
